Plug-in Orders

While Goerge was describing his attempts in having the Signature plug-in accepting number ranges as domains or ranges of functions (instead of just names, as it is now), he pointed out that then the problem is that Signature plug-in can be loaded even before Number plug-in which will cause a problem.

I was thinking that we should be able to give orders to our plug-ins; real values from 0 to 100. The default value (if not specified by a plug-in) would be 50 and all plug-ins in the same level would be loaded in one batch (with a non-deterministic order).

What do you think?
